Crew Lounge Academy
Turning a low-enrollment academy into a full-capacity aviation hospitality brand through research, season timing, media buying, and conversion-focused growth systems.
Multiple agencies. No real student growth.
Crew Lounge Academy came to Markineers in February 2024 after working with several companies without seeing meaningful results in student subscriptions. The owner’s success definition was direct and measurable: reaching 400 students — the academy’s full capacity at the time.
When we asked the owner, “When do we call this a success?” the answer was clear: 400 students.
— The Markineers TeamA full-capacity growth plan engineered around the right season.
We started with research, identified the strongest acquisition windows, and built a media and content strategy that could move the academy from low enrollment to operational expansion.

From 17 students to 567 students in the first year.
The growth was not random. We entered in February, lifted the academy to 104 students by May, captured the aviation academy season across June, July, and August, and ended 2024 with 567 students — exceeding the original full-capacity target.
By 2025, the academy reached 1,032 registered students and moved into a new location to absorb the new demand.
